Walker returned to Athens after ten years away, during which time he lived in Kampala, Uganda and then in Bogor, Indonesia. He continues to work for clients in these locations and others. In addition to his work in graphic design, Walker makes short films that have shown at dozens of venues including the American Film Institute, London Festival of Moving Images, Dallas Museum of Art, Mill Valley Film Festival, Zanzibar International Film Festival, Stuttgarter Filmwinter, Singapore International Film Festival, and VideoFest Berlin.
